He saw the Prophet ﷺ raise his hands in his prayer when he began the prayer, when he bowed, when he raised his head from bowing, when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from prostration, until they were level with the tops of his ears.
أخبرنا محمد بن المثنى قال حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن شعبة عن قتادة عن نصر بن عاصم
أنه رأى النبي ﷺ رفع يديه في صلاته وإذا ركع وإذا رفع رأسه من الركوع وإذا سجد وإذا رفع رأسه من السجود حتى يحاذي بهما فروع أذنيه
[Its chain is daif] Tahawi narrated it in Mushkil Athar with this chain, and it is in Sunan al-Kubra, hadith no. 672, and from his route Ibn Hazm narrated it in Al-Muhalla, 4/92, issue no. 442.Saeed is Ibn Abu Aruba, and he is a mudallis as Nasai said (Siyar Alam Nubala, 7/74), and his teacher Qatada used the ambiguous form "an" (indicating possible tadlis), as noted previously, hadith no. 34, and nothing sahih has been established on this subject.
