And Hisham reported from Qatada, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed qunut for a month. Shuba said, "He cursed Some men," while Hisham said, "He supplicated against certain Arab tribes, then abandoned it after the rukuh." ح وهشام عن قتادة عن أنس أن رسول الله ﷺ قنت شهرا قال شعبة لعن رجالا وقال هشام يدعو على أحياء من أحياء العرب ثم تركه بعد الركوع هذا قول هشام وقال شعبة عن قتادة عن أنس أن النبي ﷺ قنت شهرا يلعن رعلا وذكوان ولحيان
Reported by Muslim, no. 303/677 (see the previous hadith), from the narration of Shubah, and by Bukhari, in the Book of Military Expeditions, Chapter on the Expedition to Rajee, Ril, and Zakwan, etc., no. 4089, and by Muslim, no. 304/677, from the narration of Hisham with the same wording, and it is also in Al-Kubra, no. 664.
