Anas bin Malik was asked whether the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the qunut in the dawn prayer.He said, "Yes."He was then asked, "Was it before the bowing or after it?"He replied, "After the bowing."
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا حماد عن أيوب
أن أنس بن مالك سئل هل قنت رسول الله ﷺ في صلاة الصبح قال نعم فقيل له قبل الركوع أو بعده قال بعد الركوع
Bukhari transmitted it in Witr, chapter on qunut before and after ruku, hadith 1001, from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd, and Muslim in Masajid, chapter on the recommendation of qunut in all prayers... etc, hadith 298/677, from the hadith of Ayub with the same wording. It is also in al-Kubra, hadith 658.
