The Prophet ﷺ fell from his horse and scraped his right side. He then continued the hadith, but it does not contain the addition reported by Yunus and Malik.
حدثنا عبد بن حميد أخبرنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن الزهري
أن النبي ﷺ سقط من فرسه فجحش شقه الأيمن وساق الحديث وليس فيه زيادة يونس ومالك
