The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the reciter says, 'not of those who have earned Your anger, nor of those who have gone astray' [Fatihah 1:7], and the one behind him says 'Ameen,' and his utterance coincides with the utterance of the inhabitants of the heavens, his previous sins will be forgiven."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا يعقوب يعني ابن عبد الرحمن عن سهيل عن أبيه
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا قال القارئ {غير المغضوب عليهم ولا الضالين} فقال من خلفه آمين فوافق قوله قول أهل السماء غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه
