Talq bin Ali reported,

I came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was reciting "Competition in worldly increase distracts you" [Takathur 102:1]. He said, "The son of Adam says, 'My wealth, my wealth.'"He said, "Son of Adam, do you really have any wealth except what you have eaten and consumed, what you have worn and worn out, or what you have given in charity and sent forward?"
