The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has one hundred mercies. He sent down one of them among jinn, humans, animals, and insects, and through it they show affection to one another, through it they show mercy to one another, and through it the wild beast shows tenderness to its young. Allah has held back ninety-nine mercies with which He will show mercy to His servants on the Day of Resurrection."
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن نمير حدثنا أبي حدثنا عبد الملك عن عطاء
عن النبي ﷺ قال إن لله مائة رحمة أنزل منها رحمة واحدة بين الجن والإنس والبهائم والهوام فبها يتعاطفون وبها يتراحمون وبها تعطف الوحش على ولدها وأخر الله تسعا وتسعين رحمة يرحم بها عباده يوم القيامة
