Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to instruct us, when we lay down to sleep, to say the same words mentioned in the hadith of Jareer, and he said, "from the evil of every creature whose forelock You hold."

و حدثني عبد الحميد بن بيان الواسطي حدثنا خالد يعني الطحان عن سهيل عن أبيه

عن أبي هريرة قال

كان رسول الله ﷺ يأمرنا إذا أخذنا مضجعنا أن نقول بمثل حديث جرير وقال من شر كل دابة أنت آخذ بناصيتها
