While I was lying with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ under the woolen coverlet, my menstrual period began. I slipped away and took my menstrual garments.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked me, "Are you menstruating?"I said, "Yes."So he called me back, and I lay down with him under the coverlet.She also said that she and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to bathe from major ritual impurity out of the same vessel.

بينما أنا مضطجعة مع رسول الله ﷺ في الخميلة إذ حضت فانسللت فأخذت ثياب حيضتي فقال لي رسول الله ﷺ أنفست قلت نعم فدعاني فاضطجعت معه في الخميلة قالت وكانت هي ورسول الله ﷺ يغتسلان في الإناء الواحد من الجنابة
