The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him, and whoever hates to meet Allah, Allah hates to meet him."I said, "Prophet of Allah, do you mean the dislike of death? For every one of us dislikes death."He replied, "That is not what it means. Rather, when the believer is given the good news of Allah's mercy, His pleasure, and His Paradise, he loves to meet Allah, so Allah loves to meet him. And when the disbeliever is told of Allah's punishment and His wrath, he hates to meet Allah, so Allah hates to meet him."
