Sufyan reported,

Alqama bin Marthad reported from Mughira bin Abdullah Yashkuri, from Marur bin Suwayd, from Abdullah bin Masud, who said that Umm Habibah prayed, "Allah, let me enjoy a long life with my husband, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, with my father, Abu Sufyan, and with my brother, Muawiya."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "You have asked Allah for lifespans already fixed, footsteps already trodden, and provisions already apportioned. Nothing of it will be hastened before its due time, and nothing of it will be delayed past its due time. Had you asked Allah to spare you from punishment in the Fire and punishment in the grave, that would have been better for you."Then a man asked, "Messenger of Allah, are apes and swine among those who were transformed?"The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Allah never destroyed a people or punished a people and then gave them offspring. Apes and swine existed before that."

حدثنيه أبو داود سليمان بن معبد حدثنا الحسين بن حفص حدثنا سفيان بهذا الإسناد غير أنه قال وآثار مبلوغة قال ابن معبد وروى بعضهم قبل حله أي نزوله
