I asked Sulayman bin Yasar about semen that gets onto a man's garment, whether he should wash it off or wash the entire garment.He replied, "Ayesha informed me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wash the semen and then go out to pray in that same garment, while I could still see the trace of the washing on it."

سألت سليمان بن يسار عن المني يصيب ثوب الرجل أيغسله أم يغسل الثوب فقال أخبرتني عائشة أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يغسل المني ثم يخرج إلى الصلاة في ذلك الثوب وأنا أنظر إلى أثر الغسل فيه
