The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sought forgiveness for the Ansar. He said, and I believe he also said, "And for the children of the Ansar and the freed slaves of the Ansar," of which I have no doubt.
حدثني أبو معن الرقاشي حدثنا عمر بن يونس حدثنا عكرمة وهو ابن عمار حدثنا إسحق وهو ابن عبد الله بن أبي طلحة أن
أن رسول الله ﷺ استغفر للأنصار قال وأحسبه قال ولذراري الأنصار ولموالي الأنصار لا أشك فيه
