I served the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for ten years. By Allah, he never once said to me "Uff," nor did he ever say to me about anything, "Why did you do this?" or "Why did you not do that?"Abu Rabi added, "Concerning anything that a servant does." He did not mention the phrase "By Allah."

خدمت رسول الله ﷺ عشر سنين والله ما قال لي أفا قط ولا قال لي لشيء لم فعلت كذا وهلا فعلت كذا زاد أبو الربيع ليس مما يصنعه الخادم ولم يذكر قوله والله
