The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should say, 'My soul has become wicked,' but rather let him say, 'My soul has become uneasy.'"This is the wording of Abu Kurayb's narration. Abu Bakr narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ but did not mention the word "but."
