I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "There is no such thing as an evil omen, and the best of it is a good word."Someone asked, "Messenger of Allah, what is a good word?"He replied, "A wholesome word that one of you hears."In Aqeel's version it says "from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ," and he did not say "I heard." In Shuayb's version he said, "I heard the Prophet ﷺ," just as Muamar said.
و حدثني عبد الملك بن شعيب بن الليث حدثني أبي عن جدي حدثني عقيل بن خالد ح و حدثنيه عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن الدارمي أخبرنا أبو اليمان أخبرنا شعيب كلاهما عن الزهري بهذا الإسناد مثله وفي حديث عقيل عن رسول الله ﷺ ولم يقل سمعت وفي حديث شعيب قال سمعت النبي ﷺ كما قال معمر
