The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should make his brother get up and then sit in his place."Whenever a man would stand up from his seat to offer it to Ibn Umar, he would not sit in it.
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري عن سالم
أن النبي ﷺ قال لا يقيمن أحدكم أخاه ثم يجلس في مجلسه وكان ابن عمر إذا قام له رجل عن مجلسه لم يجلس فيه
