Abdullah bin Umar reported,

Ibn Umar saw a man dragging his lower garment, so he asked him, "Who are you from?"The man gave his lineage, and it turned out he was from Banu Layth. Ibn Umar recognized him and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with these two ears of mine say, 'Whoever drags his lower garment intending nothing but arrogance, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection.'"
