Abu Talha sent me to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he related the hadith in the same manner as the hadith of Ibn Numayr, except that at the end he said, then he took what was left, gathered it, and supplicated for blessing in it. It returned to as it had been, and he said, "Take this."
و حدثني سعيد بن يحيى الأموي حدثني أبي حدثنا سعد بن سعيد قال سمعت
بعثني أبو طلحة إلى رسول الله ﷺ وساق الحديث بنحو حديث ابن نمير غير أنه قال في آخره ثم أخذ ما بقي فجمعه ثم دعا فيه بالبركة قال فعاد كما كان فقال دونكم هذا
