Thabit reported,

I said to Ibn Umar, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbid nabidh prepared in earthenware jars?"He replied, "So they have claimed."I asked, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbid it?"He said, "So they have claimed."
