The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was reminded of his uncle Abu Talib, and he said, "Perhaps my intercession will benefit him on the Day of Resurrection, so that he will be placed in a shallow pool of fire reaching only to his ankles, yet from it his brain will boil."
و حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا ليث عن ابن الهاد عن عبد الله بن خباب
أن رسول الله ﷺ ذكر عنده عمه أبو طالب فقال لعله تنفعه شفاعتي يوم القيامة فيجعل في ضحضاح من نار يبلغ كعبيه يغلي منه دماغه
