The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The sanctity of the wives of those who go out to fight in Allah's cause is upon those who stay behind like the sanctity of their own mothers. There is no man among those who stay behind who takes the place of a fighter in caring for his family and then betrays him concerning them, except that the fighter will be made to stand before him on the Day of Resurrection and will take from his good deeds whatever he wishes. So what do you think?"
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن علقمة بن مرثد
قال رسول الله ﷺ حرمة نساء المجاهدين على القاعدين كحرمة أمهاتهم وما من رجل من القاعدين يخلف رجلا من المجاهدين في أهله فيخونه فيهم إلا وقف له يوم القيامة فيأخذ من عمله ما شاء فما ظنكم
