The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not travel with the Quran, for I cannot be sure that the enemy will not get hold of it."Ayub remarked, "Indeed, the enemy has gotten hold of it and disputed with you using it."
و حدثنا أبو الربيع العتكي وأبو كامل قالا حدثنا حماد عن أيوب عن نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تسافروا بالقرآن فإني لا آمن أن يناله العدو قال أيوب فقد ناله العدو وخاصموكم به
