A bowl of bread soaked in broth and meat was placed before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He took the foreleg, which was the part of the sheep he liked best, and tore off a piece with his teeth. Then he said, "I will be the master of mankind on the Day of Resurrection."Then he tore off another piece and said, "I will be the master of mankind on the Day of Resurrection."When he saw that his companions were not asking him about it, he said, "Will you not ask me how that will be?"They said, "How will that be, Messenger of Allah?"He said, "People will rise to stand before the Lord of the worlds."Then he continued the hadith with a meaning similar to the hadith of Abu Hayan from Abu Zura, and Wazad added in the account of Ibrahim, mentioning his words about the star, "This is my Lord", and his words to their idols, "Rather, this large one of them did it", and his words, "Indeed, I am ill".He said, "By Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the distance between the two leaves of one of the gates of Paradise, from one doorpost to the other, is like the distance between Mecca and Hajar, or between Hajar and Mecca."The narrator said, "I do not know which of the two he said."
و حدثني زهير بن حرب حدثنا جرير عن عمارة بن القعقاع عن أبي زرعة
وضعت بين يدي رسول الله ﷺ قصعة من ثريد ولحم فتناول الذراع وكانت أحب الشاة إليه فنهس نهسة فقال أنا سيد الناس يوم القيامة ثم نهس أخرى فقال أنا سيد الناس يوم القيامة فلما رأى أصحابه لا يسألونه قال ألا تقولون كيفه قالوا كيفه يا رسول الله قال يقوم الناس لرب العالمين وساق الحديث بمعنى حديث أبي حيان عن أبي زرعة وزاد في قصة إبراهيم فقال وذكر قوله في الكوكب {هذا ربي} و قوله لآلهتهم {بل فعله كبيرهم هذا} و قوله {إني سقيم} قال والذي نفس محمد بيده إن ما بين المصراعين من مصاريع الجنة إلى عضادتي الباب لكما بين مكة وهجر أو هجر ومكة قال لا أدري أي ذلك قال
