The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you is responsible for his flock. The ruler who is over the people is a shepherd, and he is responsible for his flock. The man is a shepherd over the people of his household, and he is responsible for them. The woman is a shepherdess over the house of her husband and his children, and she is responsible for them. The slave is a shepherd over his master's property, and he is responsible for it. Indeed, every one of you is a shepherd, and every one of you is responsible for his flock."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا ليث ح و حدثنا محمد بن رمح حدثنا الليث عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال ألا كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته فالأمير الذي على الناس راع وهو مسئول عن رعيته والرجل راع على أهل بيته وهو مسئول عنهم والمرأة راعية على بيت بعلها وولده وهي مسئولة عنهم والعبد راع على مال سيده وهو مسئول عنه ألا فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته
