I heard the Prophet ﷺ say... and Rifa bin al-Haytham al-Wasiti narrated to us, and the wording is his, Khalid, meaning Ibn Abdullah al-Tahhan, narrated to us from Husayn from Jabir bin Samura, who said, I entered with my father upon the Prophet ﷺ and heard him say, "This matter will not come to an end until twelve caliphs have passed among them."Then he spoke some words that I could not hear clearly, so I asked my father, "What did he say?"He replied, "All of them are from Quraysh."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا جرير عن حصين
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول ح و حدثنا رفاعة بن الهيثم الواسطي واللفظ له حدثنا خالد يعني ابن عبد الله الطحان عن حصين عن جابر بن سمرة قال دخلت مع أبي على النبي ﷺ فسمعته يقول إن هذا الأمر لا ينقضي حتى يمضي فيهم اثنا عشر خليفة قال ثم تكلم بكلام خفي علي قال فقلت لأبي ما قال قال كلهم من قريش
