The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Hospitality is for three days, and the special courtesy is for one day and one night. It is not permissible for a Muslim man to stay with his brother until he causes him to sin."They asked, "Messenger of Allah, how does he cause him to sin?"He replied, "By staying with him when he has nothing left with which to host him."

قال رسول الله ﷺ الضيافة ثلاثة أيام وجائزته يوم وليلة ولا يحل لرجل مسلم أن يقيم عند أخيه حتى يؤثمه قالوا يا رسول الله وكيف يؤثمه قال يقيم عنده ولا شيء له يقريه به
