The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You bring your disputes to me, and it may be that one of you is more eloquent in presenting his argument than another, so I rule in his favor according to what I hear from him. Whoever is awarded by me something that belongs by right to his brother, let him not take it, for I have only awarded him a piece of the Fire."
و حدثناه أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع ح و حدثنا أبو كريب حدثنا ابن نمير كلاهما عن هشام بهذا الإسناد مثله
