A Jew killed a young girl for the silver ornaments she was wearing, striking her with a stone. She was brought to the Prophet ﷺ while there was still a flicker of life in her, and he asked her, "Did so-and-so kill you?"She signalled with her head that he had not.He asked her a second time, and again she signalled with her head that he had not.Then he asked her a third time, and she said, "Yes," and signalled with her head.So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had him put to death between two stones.
