The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not right for a Muslim who has something he wishes to bequeath to let two nights pass without having his will written and kept with him."The two narrators said, "who has something to bequeath," and they did not say, "who wishes to bequeath."
و حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان وعبد الله بن نمير ح و حدثنا ابن نمير حدثني أبي كلاهما عن عبيد الله بهذا الإسناد غير أنهما قالا وله شيء يوصي فيه ولم يقولا يريد أن يوصي فيه
