Arwa disputed with him over part of his property, so he said, "Leave her be along with what she claims. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever takes a hand-span of land unjustly will have it placed around his neck from seven earths on the Day of Resurrection.' O Allah, if she is lying, take away her sight and make her grave in her own house."The narrator said, "I later saw her blind, groping along the walls, saying, 'Saeed bin Zayd's prayer has struck me.' While she was walking through the house, she passed by a well within it and fell into it, and it became her grave."
حدثني حرملة بن يحيى أخبرنا عبد الله بن وهب حدثني عمر بن محمد أن أباه حدثه
أن أروى خاصمته في بعض داره فقال دعوها وإياها فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من أخذ شبرا من الأرض بغير حقه طوقه في سبع أرضين يوم القيامة اللهم إن كانت كاذبة فأعم بصرها واجعل قبرها في دارها قال فرأيتها عمياء تلتمس الجدر تقول أصابتني دعوة سعيد بن زيد فبينما هي تمشي في الدار مرت على بئر في الدار فوقعت فيها فكانت قبرها
