The Prophet ﷺ visited Umm Mubashir al-Ansariyyah while she was in her palm grove. The Prophet ﷺ asked her, "Who planted these palm trees, a Muslim or a disbeliever?"She replied, "A Muslim."He then said, "No Muslim plants a tree or sows a crop from which a person, an animal, or anything else eats, except that it counts as charity for him."

أن النبي ﷺ دخل على أم مبشر الأنصارية في نخل لها فقال لها النبي ﷺ من غرس هذا النخل أمسلم أم كافر فقالت بل مسلم فقال لا يغرس مسلم غرسا ولا يزرع زرعا فيأكل منه إنسان ولا دابة ولا شيء إلا كانت له صدقة
