The Prophet ﷺ said, "For one of you to grant his brother the use of his land is better for him than taking such-and-such in exchange for it," referring to a specified amount.Ibn Abbas said, "This is al-haql, which in the language of the Ansar is called muhaqalah."
و حدثني عبد بن حميد ومحمد بن رافع قال عبد أخبرنا وقال ابن رافع حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه
أن النبي ﷺ قال لأن يمنح أحدكم أخاه أرضه خير له من أن يأخذ عليها كذا وكذا لشيء معلوم قال وقال ابن عباس هو الحقل وهو بلسان الأنصار المحاقلة
