I was present with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ among a group of people when he said, "I had intended to forbid breastfeeding a child while pregnant, but then I considered the Romans and the Persians, and I saw that they nurse their children in this way and it does them no harm."Then they asked him about coitus interruptus, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "That is hidden infanticide."Ubaydullah added in his narration from al-Muqri, and it is referred to in the verse "And when the female infant buried alive is asked" [Takwir 81:8].
حدثنا عبيد الله بن سعيد ومحمد بن أبي عمر قالا حدثنا المقرئ حدثنا سعيد بن أبي أيوب حدثني أبو الأسود عن عروة عن عائشة
حضرت رسول الله ﷺ في أناس وهو يقول لقد هممت أن أنهى عن الغيلة فنظرت في الروم وفارس فإذا هم يغيلون أولادهم فلا يضر أولادهم ذلك شيئا ثم سألوه عن العزل فقال رسول الله ﷺ ذلك الوأد الخفي زاد عبيد الله في حديثه عن المقرئ وهي {وإذا الموءودة سئلت}
