Whoever swears an oath by which he wrongfully claims property, lying in his oath, will meet Allah while He is angry with him.He then mentioned something similar to the hadith of Amash, except that he said, "There was a dispute between me and another man over a well, so we brought our case before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said, 'Your two witnesses, or his oath.'"
