Ayesha said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married me in Shawwal, and he consummated the marriage with me in Shawwal. So which of the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ wives was more favored by him than I was?"The narrator added that Ayesha liked to have the women of her family enter their husbands' homes in Shawwal. In another report, Ayesha's own practice was not mentioned.
