The Prophet ﷺ forbade that a town-dweller sell on behalf of a desert-dweller, or that people engage in najsh bidding, or that a man propose marriage over his brother's proposal, or that he buy over his brother's purchase. And a woman must not ask for the divorce of her sister so as to overturn what is in her vessel or on her plate.Amr added in his narration, "Nor should a man bargain over his brother's bargain."
و حدثني عمرو الناقد وزهير بن حرب وابن أبي عمر قال زهير حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن سعيد
أن النبي ﷺ نهى أن يبيع حاضر لباد أو يتناجشوا أو يخطب الرجل على خطبة أخيه أو يبيع على بيع أخيه ولا تسأل المرأة طلاق أختها لتكتفئ ما في إنائها أو ما في صحفتها زاد عمرو في روايته ولا يسم الرجل على سوم أخيه
