I performed the Farewell Pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I saw Usama and Bilal, one of them holding the halter of the Prophet's ﷺ she-camel and the other raising his garment to shield him from the heat, until he threw the pebbles at Jamrat al-Aqaba.Muslim said, the name of Abu Abd al-Rahim is Khalid bin Abu Yazid, and he is the maternal uncle of Muhammad bin Salama. Waki and Hajjaj al-Awar narrated from him.

حججت مع رسول الله ﷺ حجة الوداع فرأيت أسامة وبلالا وأحدهما آخذ بخطام ناقة النبي ﷺ والآخر رافع ثوبه يستره من الحر حتى رمى جمرة العقبة قال مسلم واسم أبي عبد الرحيم خالد بن أبي يزيد وهو خال محمد بن سلمة روى عنه وكيع وحجاج الأعور
