Abdullah reported,

Asma said to me, while she was at the house at Muzdalifa, "Has the moon set?"I said, "No."So she prayed for a while, then asked, "My son, has the moon set?"I said, "Yes."She said, "Then set out with me."So we set out, and she went on until she stoned the pillar, then she prayed in her lodging.I said to her, "Dear lady, we have set out while it is still dark."She said, "Not at all, my son. The Prophet ﷺ gave permission to the women to go ahead."
