He heard him say, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from Arafat, and when he reached the mountain pass, he dismounted, relieved himself, then performed ablution without doing it thoroughly.I said to him, "The prayer?"He replied, "The prayer is ahead of you."He then mounted, and when he arrived at Muzdalifa, he dismounted and performed ablution, this time thoroughly. The call to begin the prayer was made, and he prayed Maghrib. Then each person made his camel kneel at his place of lodging. Afterward, the call for Isha was made, and he prayed it, without performing any prayer in between.
حدثنا يحيى بن يحيى قال قرأت على مالك عن موسى بن عقبة عن كريب مولى ابن عباس
أنه سمعه يقول دفع رسول الله ﷺ من عرفة حتى إذا كان بالشعب نزل فبال ثم توضأ ولم يسبغ الوضوء فقلت له الصلاة قال الصلاة أمامك فركب فلما جاء المزدلفة نزل فتوضأ فأسبغ الوضوء ثم أقيمت الصلاة فصلى المغرب ثم أناخ كل إنسان بعيره في منزله ثم أقيمت العشاء فصلاها ولم يصل بينهما شيئا
