The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a woman from the Ansar, whose name Ibn Abbas mentioned but I have forgotten, "What prevented you from performing Hajj with us?"She replied, "We had only two camels for carrying water. The father of my son and my son went on Hajj with one of them, and he left us the other to draw water with."He said, "When Ramadan comes, perform Umra, for an Umra during it is equivalent to a Hajj."
و حدثني محمد بن حاتم بن ميمون حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج قال أخبرني عطاء قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ لامرأة من الأنصار سماها ابن عباس فنسيت اسمها ما منعك أن تحجي معنا قالت لم يكن لنا إلا ناضحان فحج أبو ولدها وابنها على ناضح وترك لنا ناضحا ننضح عليه قال فإذا جاء رمضان فاعتمري فإن عمرة فيه تعدل حجة
