Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Shatha reported,

I came to Ibrahim al-Nakhai and Ibrahim al-Taymi and said, "I am thinking of combining Umrah and Hajj this year."Ibrahim al-Nakhai replied, "But your father would never have considered such a thing."Qutayba reported, Jareer narrated to us from Bayan, from Ibrahim al-Taymi, from his father, that he passed by Abu Dharr at al-Rabadha and mentioned this matter to him.Abu Dharr said, "It was permitted only for us, not for you."

عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي الشعثاء قال

أتيت إبراهيم النخعي وإبراهيم التيمي فقلت إني أهم أن أجمع العمرة والحج العام فقال إبراهيم النخعي لكن أبوك لم يكن ليهم بذلك قال قتيبة حدثنا جرير عن بيان عن إبراهيم التيمي عن أبيه أنه مر بأبي ذر رضي الله عنه بالربذة فذكر له ذلك فقال إنما كانت لنا خاصة دونكم
