He related that a man came to the Prophet ﷺ while in the state of ihram, then fell from his she-camel and broke his neck, killing him instantly. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that he be washed with water and lotus leaves, shrouded in two garments, and that no perfume be applied to him, and that his head be left uncovered.Shuba said, "He later narrated it to me as, 'his head and face uncovered, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection in the state of talbiyah.'"
و حدثنا محمد بن بشار وأبو بكر بن نافع قال ابن نافع أخبرنا غندر حدثنا شعبة قال سمعت أبا بشر يحدث عن سعيد بن جبير أنه سمع
يحدث أن رجلا أتى النبي ﷺ وهو محرم فوقع من ناقته فأقعصته فأمر النبي ﷺ أن يغسل بماء وسدر وأن يكفن في ثوبين ولا يمس طيبا خارج رأسه قال شعبة ثم حدثني به بعد ذلك خارج رأسه ووجهه فإنه يبعث يوم القيامة ملبدا
