The Prophet ﷺ said, "There are five animals which a person incurs no sin for killing within the sacred precinct or while in the state of ihram. The mouse, the scorpion, the crow, the kite, and the biting dog."Ibn Abu Umar in his narration said, "within the sacred precinct or while in the state of ihram."
و حدثني زهير بن حرب وابن أبي عمر جميعا عن ابن عيينة قال زهير حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري
عن النبي ﷺ قال خمس لا جناح على من قتلهن في الحرم والإحرام الفأرة والعقرب والغراب والحدأة والكلب العقور و قال ابن أبي عمر في روايته في الحرم والإحرام
