The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was on a journey. Some of the people fasted and others did not. Those who did not fast tightened their belts and got to work, while those who were fasting were too weak to do some of the work.He said about this, "Those who did not fast have taken the reward today."
و حدثنا أبو كريب حدثنا حفص عن عاصم الأحول عن مورق
كان رسول الله ﷺ في سفر فصام بعض وأفطر بعض فتحزم المفطرون وعملوا وضعف الصوام عن بعض العمل قال فقال في ذلك ذهب المفطرون اليوم بالأجر
