Ayesha reported,

A man came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I am ruined!"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Why?"He replied, "I had relations with my wife during the day in Ramadan."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give in charity. Give in charity."The man said, "I have nothing."So he told him to sit down. Then two large baskets containing food were brought to him, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ instructed him to give it away in charity.
