The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Company of women, give in charity and ask Allah's forgiveness often, for I have seen that you make up the majority of the people of the Fire."A sharp-witted woman among them asked, "Why is it, Messenger of Allah, that we are the majority of the people of the Fire?"He replied, "You curse frequently and show ingratitude to your husbands. I have never seen anyone more capable of overpowering a sensible man than you, despite your deficiency in intellect and religion."She asked, "Messenger of Allah, what is this deficiency in intellect and religion?"He answered, "As for the deficiency in intellect, the testimony of two women equals the testimony of one man, and that is the deficiency in intellect. As for religion, a woman spends nights without praying and breaks her fast during Ramadan, and that is the deficiency in religion."
حدثنا محمد بن رمح بن المهاجر المصري أخبرنا الليث عن ابن الهاد عن عبد الله بن دينار
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال يا معشر النساء تصدقن وأكثرن الاستغفار فإني رأيتكن أكثر أهل النار فقالت امرأة منهن جزلة وما لنا يا رسول الله أكثر أهل النار قال تكثرن اللعن وتكفرن العشير وما رأيت من ناقصات عقل ودين أغلب لذي لب منكن قالت يا رسول الله وما نقصان العقل والدين قال أما نقصان العقل فشهادة امرأتين تعدل شهادة رجل فهذا نقصان العقل وتمكث الليالي ما تصلي وتفطر في رمضان فهذا نقصان الدين
