I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever follows a funeral procession will have a qirat of reward."Ibn Umar said, "Abu Hurairah has reported too much from us."So he sent to Ayesha and asked her, and she confirmed what Abu Hurairah had said.Ibn Umar then said, "We have neglected many qirats."
حدثنا شيبان بن فروخ حدثنا جرير يعني ابن حازم حدثنا نافع قال قيل لابن عمر إن
ا سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من تبع جنازة فله قيراط من الأجر فقال ابن عمر أكثر علينا أبو هريرة فبعث إلى عائشة فسألها فصدقت أبا هريرة فقال ابن عمر لقد فرطنا في قراريط كثيرة
