He saw Bishr bin Marwan on the pulpit raising his hands, so he said, "May Allah disfigure these two hands. I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do no more than gesture with his hand like this," and he pointed with his index finger.

رأى بشر بن مروان على المنبر رافعا يديه فقال قبح الله هاتين اليدين لقد رأيت رسول الله ﷺ ما يزيد على أن يقول بيده هكذا وأشار بإصبعه المسبحة
