Abu Umama Bahili reported,

I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Recite the Quran, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an intercessor for those who kept its company. Recite the two luminous ones, Baqarah and Surah Al Imran, for on the Day of Resurrection they will come as though they were two clouds, or as though they were two canopies of shade, or as though they were two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading on behalf of those who recited them. Recite Surah Baqarah, for taking hold of it is a blessing and abandoning it is a cause for regret, and the idlers have no power over it."Muawiya said, "I have been told that the idlers are the sorcerers."He also said that the phrase "as though they were" appeared in both places, and he did not mention Muawiya's remark, "I have been told."
